We cate for any event, and this afternoon allowed us to share a boys 16^th birthday with him and his friends and family. We operated with a very simple and affective set up offering individual pizzas to guests, sliced and boxed, we prepared and cooked 50 pizzas in a 2 hour window to ensure all guests were suitably fed.
